Ameriquest, AMC been reading the ripoff report for yrs on this company and California

I hate to say it i have never posted till now. BUT i have told as many people as i can to stay away from this company. I will make my story short because we all have the same one...

1. they lied on just about everything they told me
( my fault for trusting them)
2. Before they got my credit so screwed up I tried to re-fi somewhere else, Ameriquest told me I had a hugh pre pay off...like 26k ....not worth the re-fi at that point( i thought)
by the way GA is a no pre pay off state, one would have thought they would have told me that ...and yes i did ask..
3. Made a hugh mistake by asking for the pay-off i guess...ever since my payments have went from 777 month to 1600 month..
4. Was never told i was in a ARM...as a matter of fact i asked. loan person told me when i asked...not to worry it did not apply to me...and he would send me docs with that info stated
Once again i trusted them.... my fault still waiting on that doc.
5. After i had time to read all of the doc's...I seen just how bad they lied to me...

I had a local bank with my loan..Ameriquest called me and offered me a great rate, ect. So i went for it.
I did not have bad credit,i pay my bills, and i make over 80k yr but my problem WAS i trusted people. and i hate to say not anymore. Now with the ARM going up and up..other bills are not getting paid on time and it starts the downfall...Now i still make 80k yr and have bad credit,and cant keep up and cant re-fi with anyone else...i have tried. so they lie to get you. Put in in a hole that you cant get out So you have 2 choices re-fi with them again or lose everything else you have just to pay them...I hope i never meet the guy who got all of this started...he will be using a wheelchair from now on if i do.
