Will someone please help me? I have HAD IT with this awful,awful company. After months of fraudulent activity on my account, amazingly bad customer service (I spent over 4 hours together on hold today!) and over billing, I can not handle this on my own, so I am making a desperate plea for someone to assist me with this matter. So here's what happened just today..... despite paying my bill on time, my phone disconnected by these jackasses, due to an "error in the system". After enduring a seemingly never ending time on hold, I spoke to a "customer service" rep. She informed me that my phone would be reactivated in about 15 minutes...this never happened.
I called the company again and of course waited hour on hold, and was informed that it was now a technical issue, and I had to hang up and call the tech. dept.. After being on hold AGAIN for about 45 minutes, the tech dept. informed me quite rudely that they had "no idea why my phone was not working, and would maybe get back to me in a few days after filing a report with his supervisor." I was then hung up on.
Back to square one....I called the customer service AGAIN, and naturally spent another hour waiting to speak to someone. Finally, human contact was made. I explained my situation, and was told that "my phone was activated according to their system" informed the CR it was in fact not, and would like a refund of my payment, since I paid for a service that is not working. I was curtly told "that was not possible" and I'm not kidding, hung up on again. I am stuck with a phone that does not work, and an empty wallet.This is only one of the many complaints I have against these thieves. I have never experienced such poor service in my life.This company is unethical and needs to be stopped!
