AMPD Mobile Bogus Billing and didn't honor contract charged me when I couldn't even get in contact with customer service online and on the phone Ripoff Palatine Illinois

I transfered my(and three other lines) amp'd moblie in May 2007 with the understanding that all four lines would cost a total of $120.00 a month witch included unlimited texting on two of the phones, however, when I recieved my first bill it was for $353.00.

So in response to the bill I called customer service to find out what was going on, they told me that the first two lines were charged $70.00 each because they was no such thing as a family plan, although that's what I was told by "B" the employee who set up the service at a booth in the mall. So i tried to call "B", and guess what, his cell phone number and that booth were no longer at the mall, so I was told to try another local mall and to no avail the mobile booth was also gone and I was informed by the security that amp'd was filing bankruptcy.

I tries to reach customer service for three weeks via computer, and a land line,but to no avail did I reach anyone, and I had one phone that needed to be replaced and three phones that would ring, but you couldn't make a call on the phone.

Finally, I got in contact with someone, and all they had to say was,"I am sorry but we have been having problems. Well guess what? I recieved another bill for $297.00 and I could'nt even use the phone.

Someone needs to do something with this company, because all they said they could credit me was $10.00, and in reality I had a phone, but no service and I was charged a lot of money.
