APLUS.NET Aplus.Net - Horrific Experience Ever - Lost Emails for four years Overland Park Kansas

My experience with Aplus.Net has been nothing but a nightmare. Our company's loss is un-countable.

(1) Aplus.Net could not or did not want to install a third party SSL. They could not help. So we were forced to but their SSL service (three times more expensive than other know companies). When we bought their SSL service, they did install it very promptly. We were forced to purchase their SSL and trust logo for $150, which you can get the same service elsewhere for $30 or less.

(2) So, we bought their SSL for one year. When their SSL expired, we did not receive any notification regarding to our SSL service expiration. We bought a 3rd party SSL and have them to install. So we decided to completely move the site to elsewhere.

(3) Rip-off on hosting plans: You can get the same hosting plan else where at a quarter of what you will pay to Aplus.Net.

(4) Aplus Customer Service - This is the worst of them. Their techs are nothing but joke! For instance, ask them about SSL - they would not know the difference between CRT, CSR, and KEY :) Besides, dont be surprised if you find a rude one once a while but watch this: You will get the "best" turn-around on the Internet. They are good at it. They'll never get back to you regardless of how urgent your case is!!!

Conclusion: Price is high; customer sercive is bad; no courtesy then why would you choose them? Shop elsewhere. There are tons of hostings there - with cheaper prices (like $6.95 per month with the same plan)...

and please stay away. I usually do not write comments but the damage Aplus has caused our corporation did not leave any other choice.
