Appliance Zone Let's scam the public Croydon, Indiana

I have never been more frustrated in dealing with a company. I would like to make it a "bucket list" item to see this company go belly up. I provided Appliance Zone will all the necessary information to purchase trash compactor bags. I was having a really had time finding the bags I needed at any of the ususal places. When they assured me that had the right bags I ordered enough to last me the next three years. When they arrivied I tried to push, pull and curse the bags into fitting. Much to my horror I realized they were the same darn bags I had purchased the week before and couldn't get to fit.

So starts my saga with Appliance Zone. All I wanted to do was call and see if they had the correct bags and do an exchange. I couldn't believe I was unable to speak to anyone.Now all of a sudden the "live chat" folks ( I would love to see who is doing this) are of no help. It took me forever to get the RA, this is the necessary permission form to return useless items they randomly send to people. I finally get it and they state on this the reason for return is the customer does not want. I tried to get this issue fixed but that was not going to happen. I sent the item with return confirmation.

After close to five/six weeks I finally get my refund. They were ever so kind to charge me a restocking fee as well as backing out their shipping cost. After countless emails I finally determined that I may have been dealing with a four year old and was not going to get anywhere. I did use the BBB and the issue remained unresolved which will lower their rating with the BBB. I can only assume the goal of this company is to clear offthe shelf with unwanted items and retire someplace nice. Stay away it really is a crap shoot if you get the right item.
