THIS COMPANY SENDS YOU ANYTHING ON THE SHELF TO GET YOU TO PAY THEM SOMETHING WHETHER IT IS THE CORRECT ITEM OR NOT THEN WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM, YOU MUST USE AN ON LINE CHAT WITH SOME SMART MOUTHED OPERATORS THAT FIRE BACK PRE-SET MESSAGES AT YOU TO GO TO SOME LINK. ONCE THERE YOU REALIZE THAT THEY HAVE BAITED AND SWITCHED YOU AND THAT THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF RESOLVING THE PROBLEM! Part Manufacturer Steps in and STEPS UP!

Inspection of the box that the part came in revealed the manufacturer (Sentinel) and a quick search on the internet produced some contact info for them! One call solved it ALL and the manufacturer called back immediately and gave quick resolution to the problem! Turns out it was a missing O ring. You can buy Sentinel products and be assured that they will absolutely stand behind them!
Still have NOT heard from Appliance Zone and my recommendation for them is still NO RECOMMENDATION!!!!!!!!!!
