Auto Debt Consulting Shaun Screwed me out of $410 for laziness and lies on their end norfolk, Virginia

I really don't need to type much being that every review before mine is 100% accurate and they did the exact same thing to me.  Navy Federal had no record of them being contacted by ADC when ADC told me the whole time that they had been talking back and forth with them when in reality they never have.  I called for my refund and they said that they would not provide me with a refund because  they were not un-successful with my refi. 

Their answer when i asked how they were successful when nothings been done on their part was "sir you dont do this for a living therefore you do not understand how this works" Shaun especially is a lying piece of crap.  They are very nice when your un-aware of how they operate but the second you catch on to them they become veryyyyy rude.  It's people like this that makes me somewhat regret being in the military bc fighting for people like the employees of ACD is NOT! what i signed up for.  Please no one do buisness with them.  They are a scam and a bunch of frauds who do nothing but make a living of people who are in a vunerable state.
