Auto Debt Consulting Loan Modification Scam San Diego, California

Auto Debt Consulting promised consumers to help them lower down their car monthly payments as much as 40% and a 100% money back guarantee, which is advertised on their website.  However, after I signed  the agreement and paying the appropriate fee for the service, I never heard anything from them at all, unless I call them for follow up.  They are being inconsistent about how it works when they explained the entire process to me before I signed up the agreement and pay the service fee.  They told me that they will work directly with my lender to get my loan modification even if my credit score is bad and I have behind payments.  But it ended up that they want me to apply to different financial institutions to apply for a auto refinancing.  They already know that I wouldn't be qualified for that.  

I definitely ask for a refund instead, since its almost 2 months now and they won't able to help me.  The manger then told me that they don't do refunds.  What the hell?... So their website is just false advertisement and a scam.  So basically, they took $500 out of my pocket without doing anything.  I just found out that they can do nothing about my car loan modification.  This company is a scam. And I hope they will run out business soon so they won't be able to fool other people at all. By the way, their customer service is really bad.
