On  December 9th 2011 I paid Auto Debt Consulting to help me with my my car which was a month away from repo. I talked to John P. to help. John clamied once they recieved the 310.00 dollars they would be able to help.   When I contacted him a few day later I told him Wells Faro Dealer Services had already been on my case about a payment or possible repo. JOHN TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY THAT IS A GAME THEY PLAY. So i waited for ADC to work the case. A week went by and i called back John said " we are in contact with Wells and we are waiting for them to respond. I let them do there thing.

Meanwhile Wells was ringing the phone off the hook at both home and work. After many phone calls from Wells I called them back and told them I had acquired the services of ACD to help me with a hardship refi. Wells  told me over and over that they do not work with any outside company for refies.

At that point I was pissed contacted John and told him what wells said, He again said it's a game they play. I let it go again for a few days. I called Wells and explained my case and the rep said the only way I could get a hardship refi would be on my own. She gave me the info and went from there. I was able to get a hardship refi on my own and lowering my car payment by a hundred dollars.

The next thing I did was call ADC and I then spoke to Mike and he said No refund Iexplained what I have done on my own and demanded a refund. Mike said that his company got me that refi. At that point I called Wells and explained this whole story to them. They said ACD never contacted them at all. I called Mike back and told him as a consumer I want proof of who ACD spoke to. He could not provide proof. Mike called me back several times debating the refund. THE BBB could not help. I can go on and on about this scumbag the bottom line is All of us that got ripped need to unite and fight this. I am fighting this and will not rest until i get my money back and his company goes down.

mike is a liar and could not provide answers for me. He offered me one dollar refund I refused and told him I want it all or no deal. He hung up. I will not give up believe that.
