I most likely worked your case, the concept for the company was a honest one at first, but shortly after it opened the co-owner Nate (always tells people he is Mike or Dexter) got greedy. The other co-owner is Michal and hardly ever there as his real job is a car sales man. they rent a small office out of downtown San Diego. "ALL' of the services they offer can be done all by their customers, but alot of people dont think to ask for help from their lenders. As far as their sales staff they are bullied into telling lies to the customers to do what ever it takes to get people to pay for their services (belive me the few employees their do feel bad for things that have happened their). In the first month they did honor refunds to those they couldnt help. but starting in Oct Nate started bulling people that it was their faults for their failed attempts at mod'ing loans and would only give out refunds if a threat of complaint was made. his main sells point in the begaining was the high bbb score they held. but that soon failed Nate would take on all customers willing to pay many of which we knew before we even started had no chance of a good outcome, but because Nate is so good at con'ing people he would ussally get away with taking their money, these where people that where notified they where going to be repo'd and he would demand the sells people to tell them to pay for our services and we would save there car from repo... Unfortunatly I can think of at least 10 people that lost their car because he con'd them into giving their car payment to them instead of their lender. I left the company at the end of december mainly cause they found out i was desperitly looking for another job. As I hated what Nate was doing to people and I tried to convince him that we would make pleanty of money if we would just only take the cases we knew we could get a result from, but his greed for money wouldnt allow him to. Nate would rather use the money he con's people out of for his lavish bottle service clubing sprees on the weekend. needless to say I feel bad for the people he con'd unfortunatly so many that have been hurt by this company just accepted it as a leason learned and money lost and never mentioned anything about the company, 100's of people have already been con'd by his services. Don't be the next just ask the your lenders for help if they dont offer anything ask for a manager. Lenders such as Santander, Ally,Capital One, and Nuvell all have multiple programs for people down on their luck ask for help and dont just take the first offer ask if their is any other programs as ussally the first thing they offer is a defurment or extintion. Santander also has a program called T.R.I.P. which ussally lowers your payment for 6 months somewhere between 25-50% althou you will pay interest on the money defured it will give temporary relife, ally and nuvell will do full loan modifications but you need to have at least 20% of your loan balance paid down ussally around 20-30 payments made, theirs alot of things they will need but can be done, Capital One also has the Modifacation process but you wont here about it till your acct is 60 days past due and you will still need to have a payment ready once they start working on it as they repo shortly after. As far as your case I'm sorry I couldnt help you as I worked tirelessly on alot of accounts tring to get something done. I tried many of times to get Nate to refund those we couldnt help but instead he would put me in my place and demand i just keep those problems his and leave my 2 cents out of it.  My name is Chris and althou I'm sure Nate is probley using my name now as well I havent been there since the end of the year and I hope this prevents others from falling for this scam.
