*REBUTTAL Owner of company: response to 3rd party complaint
*Author of original report: Resolved Settlement
DON'T get duped and ripped off by George. I bought a Viper from him and he didn't send me the registration documents for 8 months. He lied to me over 500 times with every excuse imaginable. He took my money but didn't pay the seller/dealership in Florida. I had to find out months later what he was up to. I then fell for his lies when he said he had a buyer for my Viper. Of course he lied. And two months later he never had a buyer. And George took my Viper to his residence and when I got my car back, he had driven it over 400 miles. My Viper is a show vehicle. I barely put on 350 miles in the 8 months I had it. HE'S A SCAM!!!

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company
response to 3rd party complaint

The person who posted this negative report on me and my business is a 3rd party to the vehicle in question. The vehicle was purchased by the complainant's partner who purchased the vehicle from a customer of my business. Note the vehicle was not purchased from me, I just facilitated the transaction for the two parties. The main complaint was that it was taking too long to register the vehicle. The person buying the vehicle, the 3rd party's partner, wanted the vehicle registered in Oregon, and Oregon required conformation of a permanent residency address. This took several months and was out of anyone's control. Sometime later the vehicle was given to my business by the purchaser to sell and settle the financial obligations of the partners who had ended their relationship. The complaining party, who was never part of the sales contract, appeared to be upset over a dispute with their former partner but never had a contractual interest in the vehicle sales transaction in any form other than being in a relationship with the purchaser. The purchaser is still a friend and customer of mine and my business. I serious considered filing a lawsuit for defamation of character but the partners settled their dispute, and I figure all was finished. Then I see this complaint by this person who has never been a customer of my business. The sad thing is anyone who has an issue with you or someone you do business can go online and smear your name and the positive reputation you've built over 30 year with falsehoods. There should be reviews before someone is allowed to post such false and negative comments about someone or their business.

Resolved Settlement

I am writing to update the report to reflect a settlement resolution has been made. George Reynoso and his company AutoMaxx aka Foothill Inland Investments has reached an agreement to settle this matter.
We have reached a mutual understanding that the information provided in the report was erred. The Viper was contractually purchased through my business partner, Steven Bono, and therefore should not have been indicated on the report as it was reported.
I hope this clears any misunderstandings to the original report on this website.
