AutoMAXX (AutoMAXX fort worth Texas, Hemhill) BAD! illegal sale, botched repairs, refused calls, fort worth Texas

Purchased a vehicle here in feb 2014, was told the engine light on was for a gas cap which they would replace following week. Signed contract only to find out for ourselves that was not what the code was for it was for emissions. co2 cylinoide  Note, it is illegal in The State of Texas to sell a vehicle that can not pass emissions. Automaxx agrees to repair, the repair takes 5 tries during which one repair gets botched the valves and heads get warped and need replacement which they are forcing us to pay for the repairs! Car was in shop more than available for use for the 1st 6 months, now radiator busted. They refuse to return my calls and will not work out anything with us.*additional warning, if you want to pay off your loan early here you have to pay all interest for the note as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complete lying crooks, we have filed with the BBB. Steer clear!!!!!!!!!!
