I took a friend to do a free day at Bally and they tried to get her to sign up. This is when I found out that the friend was not legally in the country and did not have any information to get a membership. We left and the girl never went back there. I later was contacted by a collections agency and told that I owed money to Bally under my social security number. The name, however was the other girl's name.

They took the information from my contract and put it on another contract with the other girl's name. She never paid them and I did not pay them or give them permission to use my information on any contract other than my own. They refuse to send me a copy of the contract. They want take it off my credit.
