This bank is nothing short of Rip off artists with stealth tactics. All I am going to say besides explaining all of the fees they love to charge even if your account is in good standing. Heres the thing that got me the worst, so I close an account over 3-4 mos ago, then I go to check my online banking today to pay my credit card, and wow! There it was, the CLOSED account, reopened without my consent with FEES! Nicely done Bank of America. So I do the online chat, to get someone who said they would be glad to close it? OK!!!!!!!!!!! What is bank of americas definition of CLOSED? heres a quote from the chat I found to be humorous:
"xxxxx: I see this account got reopened due to Monthly maintenance fee."
Aint that some crap! Is that legal?
Ok I X'ed out the Reps name so I wouldnt get charged with anything.....lol, I might get a 5.00 fee.
