Bank of America Failed to return dozens of telephone calls in response to their OWN contacts made to us. Simi Valley, California

My aunt and uncle have placed me in control of their finances while one of them recovers from a devastating medical condition.  They have initiated mortgage reduction/refinance proceedings with respect to their current mortgage loan with Bank of America.

A BofA rep set multiple 6am telephone call appointments with me to discuss their incredibly invasive procedures for restructuring, then simply failed to call.  Appointments are necessary because while I've made over 70 calls to them in response to their contacts, they do not answer the telephone and refuse to leave messages when calling back randomly with how we can move this forward, they are simply stalling to profit.  As if I (or any other member of society for that matter!) should sit by the phone 24/7 to wait for their call.  That would, obviously affect our ability to work and pay our mortgage!

Supervisors, supervisors of supervisors, and supervisors of supervisors of supervisors of our "Account Rep" fail to return multiple phone calls as well.  They must have many laughs hanging about the water cooler over these calls.

Contact to all of my legislators to initiate a congressional inquiry has been made and will be adamently pursued.

They are abusing their powers and they fail to comply with federal mandates to actively pursue loan modification for good risk mortgage holders in good standing.
