I placed an order through BCK Communications and they never showed up on the day of install. I called them to find out what what was going on and all I got was the run around. They kept putting me on hold and I was on phone for 4 hours and still nothing resolved. They kept saying they couldn't find my oder. They charged me a 200
dollar deposit and now will not return my money.
