I ordered a "free" CD on using ebay to make money. It said only $1.97 shipping. I recieved the CD and 2 days later the charge of $39.95 was on my account.
I called bidfuel, and they were quite rude, but said they would cancel my account. They said they couldn't reverse the because it had been more than 14 days. But it had only been a few days since I received the CD.
I told her I want my refund and she said she could put in a request and it would take at least 14 days, IF I was getting a refund at all.
I have been cheated and I want everyone to know not to trust this company.
