bidfuel.com Bid Fuel took unathorized funds out of my account and still have not refunded me 2 months later! Internet

Bid fuel is a company that is supposed to help you make money but instead they take unathorized funds from my account! I thought I would give this a try, decided I did not want like the services they offered so I canceled my account. After I canceled my account I got my bank statement and saw that they charged me $39.95, so I called and was issued a refund right away with no problem. Afew days later the refund showed up on my bank statement but another thing that showed up was another charge from them for $40.74! So I called them back and they said the had no proof that they charged my account $40.74 an that I would have to fax my bank statement to them to attention Ivan which was the person I was talking to. So I went right away and faxed the information. Ivan told me someone would contact me right away and 2 weeks went by without hearing from anyone. So I call back and they dont even have record of my account at this point! So them after waiting on the phone for nearly 30 minutes they tell me to call back at 10:00 and talk to the fax supervisor, who was so rude and no help at all had no awareness of any fax from me at all. So i asked to talk to her supervisor and she said she did not have one and that she was it and reinterdused herself after I demanded to spaeak with her supervisor. very sarcasticly!! its been 2 months and no refund!! She wanted me to refax the information to her and she said she would review it. Yeah sure thats what Ivan said!! Still no refund. Its only $40.74 but its money that I work hard for and bid fuel did not do anything for it. Theifs!!
