Deceitful Practices.

On March 16 2006 I Traded a 2002 trans Am Loaded, The last year they were made, for a 2003 chevy silverado
on 3/16 i sighned a form stating that loan in the amount of $19,887.04 would be paid off within a 10 day period, they found financing at $561.00 monthly w/ 19% interest they said it was a done deal we did all the paperwork, in the meantime we were receiving call's from HSBC
auto loan co. saying we were behind in payment's. I tried numerous time's to no avail to contact the sales person that we dealt with and also Luis Martinez in the finance dept.Every time i asked for someone they were never available or just not in.

I finally decided to go back to the dealership,
and every one i asked for via telephone just happened to be there when i arrived at dealership a little over a week later, Luis Martinez stated that they tried to call us but got no answer, we have caller ID and there is alway's someone there.

I was told that the financing fell through and they cannot do the deal we originally sighned a contract for. I told them to get my car and gave the silverado key's to them, as they wanted to give me 24% interest rate on a new contract with $597.00 pmt's for 6 yr's.
Martinez said hold on we will see what we can do then called the finance mgr. in' he tried to take away my ex warrenty and gap insurance to lower new pmt. I said no deal damanded my trade in be returned then i said i would get ch. 9 new's involved then the finance mgr. Luis Vasquez returned after approx 35 min's. with a better deal. I sighned a new contract with $1,000 and then another $1,000 within 2 week's. They said they were losing money on the deal haha and were very sarcastic and said say hello to Todd Alrich (ch.9 new's)

HSBC auto finance was still calling a dozen x's a day. As of 4/24 HSBC still has not been paid although we were told they were paid several x's.
4/8 $562.00 sceduled pmt. to HSBC
4/11 $23.97 late fee
4/17 $108.23 balance short amt.
5/8 sceduled pmt.to HSBC
B H chevrolet said i was late on 2 mos. of pmt's. feb. and march that is false
Corrupt Buisness, they need to be shut down!
