Bill Heard Chevrolet Sold us a silverado and took truck back without giving our down payment back Las Vegas Nevada

This is a followup to let consumers know that we still have not recieved our down payment back after returning the silverado that bill heard stated had to be returned due to gmac stopping all financing and that they went bankrupt.

We have got nothing but the run around and now a company named Equip bankruptcy solutions is supposedly handling the matter. We were told that if we got our money back it would be 2 weeks to 2 years.

This matter has cost us far more than our down payment at this point, due to having to take cabs for work, loss of work that the truck would have helped make. Gm is now going down the tubes and consumers are buying more foreign makes which in turn screws our economy further, due to the fact of their buisness practices with un-honest dealerships. We did get totally ripped-off along with other people getting the hump, while they pocketed the money. It's unhonest, unethical and I believe un-american.

Gmac execs had to have known that bill heard and others were practicing un-ethical buisness, but the fact that they kept selling their cars, they looked the other way. Now the big 3 want a bailout of our taxpaying money that we work hard for, cause they cant get their you know what together. We are honest hard working folks just trying to make our way to a better life. If the shoe was on the other foot they'd want their money back immediately. We are very pissed-off at this point and gunshy about purchasing from chevy or gmac ever again.

We will stay on them until we are fully re-embursed and it better be soon.
