Biotab Nutriceuticals I cancelled my order and 2 maybe 3 days later i recieve some movies in the mail from them. Monrovia California

is there anything we can do about this company here.

i called again and was told that they do not refund your money they was very very rude with harsh tone to me be a supervisior name kevin..i returned the movies before my 30days and i was told by 1 person they had them and then i called back and was told by another person that they did not get them. i tell you this is not a good company to deal with they lie to you and then they take your money. well you cant beat these people or so i was told by kevin...he said quote unquote rip-off report is a rip off........riped off in virginia.

I got a call from customer service today telling me to send the package back with items included unopen and i will receive my money back. but i had to send it asap soi did it as soon as i hung up the phone so i am going to see if they will now stand-up to their word..
