Biotab Neutriceuticals, Inc. advertises their product Extenze Male Enhancement pills on TV as a 7 day trial for only shipping and handling. I ordered this product in January of 2009.My husband used the product and it did nothing. I called to cancel before they sent my next order. I called them on the 19th of January and the product was shipped on the 19th. It had not already been shipped as the rude salesperson told me. I was told they had already shipped the next order. I was charged through my bank debit card. I asked if I could return the product for a refund. I was told I could return the product but was not told I would get a refund. They have it set up to send this every month forever. They sell under www.extenze.com on the internet but are located in Monrovia, California. On the sample package it says Pasadena, California and give the phone # as 800-727-1664.
