I purchased 1 pair of pants for $10 through a promotional magazine insert. The cost of the pants were $10 with free shipping.  I ordered a Large petite.

What I received was what they called a large petite.  Most stores say petite would be for someone around 5'4.  These pants were for someone about 3 inches taller than that.

In the package was a return shipping label.  It said if you had a return, use the label supplied.

I sent it back 2 days after I received it, saying that the it was too large.  I got a credit back on my credit card, for $1.50.

When I e-mailed them they stated I should have read the invoice better, as it says on it that a small shipping fee would be charged back to you.  When I said to them that, the pants were not petite. It didn't matter to them.

To add insult to injury they then told me that I would know about this the next time.  And if I would want to return something, to ship it on my own.

If I were you, and you think this company is on the up and up think again especially on this holiday season.

After 5 e-mails to customer service and after reporting them to ripoff report.  I finally got a credit for the full amount of the pair of pants.

I did not get any e-mails though telling me about it.  I won't complain about that, now that I have my credit back, but I still would not order from this company.
