Bluegreen Vacations Unprofessional Rip Off Sevierville Tennessee

Recieved the phone call letting us know of the GREAT promotion we have just been identified to be available for so we scheduled the promotional visit in October of 2013.  After listening to the sales presentation it just wasn't something we were interested in because on our vacations we enjoy cruising and traveling.  They were professional up until the point where we told them no, then the "heavy hitter" sales person came in and started the high pressure for about an hour.  Finally, we just got up and left the sales presentation and told them we would claim our cruise certificate to use that they offered as an incentive for our time attending the presentation.  The certificate says you have a year to claim so in March of 2014 we called to schedule and claim our cruise.  The agent explained that there was only one cruise date in October of 2014 that would fit our certificate and at only one port location.  I asked again that we would be available for any other cruises and he explained again that there was only one.  You have to be kidding me!  All the cruises and there was only 1 in 7 months!  He told me to read line one again where they state " Certain travel dates apply", by this time I couldn't believe it and was speechless so I asked again, you are sure there is only one cruise.  This time Drew the agent became agitated and stated that I should have read all the rules and then I would understand.  WHAT?  These people are rip off artists and I am over it and will forever hope that someone asks me if I have ever heard of Bluegreen vacations!!
