We were invited to attend a timeshare presentation in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. We have a pretty big problem with what we saw when we were at the Smoky Mountain Preview Center in Pigeon Forge.After a young couple was asked to fill out a supposedly Bluegreen credit card application and was denied we heard the manager John something I am almost sure it was simmons tell the owner or boss philip Hicks that they were denied credit. Afterwards mr. Hicks told John that they wouldn't know right away and to just tell them that they were approved and should get the card in ten days. Then he said to ask the couple to write a check today to cover the initial cost and they could pay themselves back when the credit card came in. This is CRIMINAL! That young couple has no idea what he just did to them.
