2011 July-September our finances crashed with high medical/cancer bills. We met BofA officers in Scottsdale,Arizona October, November, December of 2011. Provided many financial statements, continued penalty payments $2500, the loan is still three payments in arrears to qualify. The three payment deal is $1800 payment April,May,June 2012.

Dallas is payment processing, North Carolina is the phone collection division. No direct on-line payment link, unattended phones on the first of the month due-date. Buying formula/renting formula based from one income. You are buying time like a month to month renter. Wish you all luck in your survival.
