BofA BofA EDD Ripoff Nationwide

My little brother passed away 3/2/14.  Since that time were have attempted to discover if there were any funds left in his account and access funds if avaiable.  Followed all instructions from BofA including providing (receipt confirmed (Death Certificate and Legal Authorization to access funds.  We were then told we would need to contact the EDD for "3rd Party Authorization", attempted to do so for the past several months.  Spoke again with BofA who insisted thay had no way to contact EDD and that I should contact my local office (there is none) or send a third letter after the numerous emails to EDD.

Difficult to believe there is no way for these two to communicat, interested to know how many deceased assets are NEVER received due to this ridicious BS.
