Clled them to fix my whaser. Cam out, neede new spring for the suspension. When they put the washer back together forgot to plug in the control moduel, it would not go through the cycl;es. Called, would not come out to fixit.... I fixed it.

Second time came out with the new parts and installed the springs. When they put the washer back together they broke the plastc hinge on the top councel of the washer, now it is loose. They said I broke it, but it was not that way before they took it apart for the second time. They would not repair their screw up.

Would not use them ever again. This is on their yearly contract.
