Broward Factory Service Are not honoring the appliance service contract that they sold to ue. They always give an excuse on why they will not fix the appliance that needs service. The excuse is accompanied with demand for Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We purchased a appliance maintenance contract for all our home appliances and plumbing from Broward Factory Service. When the contract was purchased, I offered for them to come and inspect the home and appliances to ensure that all of these were covered and operating well. They said this was not necessary and took payment via a credit card and actually sold me the Gold warranty that covers applaince replacement in case the appliance cannot be repaired.

Every time I have called them, they have an excuse as to why the appliance is not covered by the contract and that additional payment is needed to fix it.

Currently our hot water heater stopped heating the water. Broward Factory now claims that they cannot/ will not fix the broken components and that they want $500 to fix/replace it.

A few months ago, I called them to fix a toilet that was running. They claimed that this was a "fancy" toliet, that its parts were not common and that they had to order the. Took them weeks to get the parts and then when they parts came, their plumber/mechanic said that these were the wrong parts. They did not show up with the proper parts for more than a month. We got a plumber from the yellow pages and he came and fixed the tolilet in 30 minutes.

When the dishwater was not emptying itself, they came and claimed that the pump was broken. That they needed more money to cover the pump. ... anyway you get the picture.
