2/4/11- Be Warned- We signed up for dispute service in May 2010. We were to be provided 12 months of dispute service. We received two letters from this company only and now have not heard from them in 3 months!
I call and leave messages, no one calls back. I send email that go through but no one ever responds. This is shameful behavior. It appears this company is no longer in business even though the phone works and the web site is still there.
I call the man who recommended me this company to find out that he no longer represents them and that many others of his people have complained to him. This company and owner should be punished. $600 is a lot of money to me!

How can Owner know who the complaintant is?

I have been doing some research on this "TFC" for the last few days, and don't seem to find anything good out there. The owner of the company seems to lash out at all of the people who make complaints as if he knows exactly who they are. How can it be that his company has all these complaints about slow response and lack of communication, but all he can keep saying is that these people are ALL disgruntled employees trying to "get back at him". It would definitely seem that he is more interested in acting like he is never at fault, than he is in taking these complaints seriously and addressing the problems that may be occurring. I believe that his business must have some major issues on customer service if he refuses to even address the customers' complaints as if they really exist. Makes me very wary of this company...

Thank you for providing a forum where both sides can actually be presented. This particular customer purchased our Credit Educational eBook Series sold to him by a former Independent Marketer in Washington State. This former Independent Marketer was part of a team led by Darren Peck. We terminated Darren Peck in December of 2010, and his entire marketing team was dissolved, which included Mark Serebrin, Ken Norton, Jennifer Johnson & Phil Manger. I have a dozen Independent Marketing Teams in Washington State and over the last several months they have been reporting to me very disturbing activity. Darren Peck, Mark Serebrin, & Phil Manger have started their own "Credit Repair" company, Safe Haven Credit, LLC, and have been soliciting every single customer they sold my Credit Educational Series to....and are asking them to complain or ask for their money back for poor customer service or lack of performance. When I first heard these complaints I was very concerned that there may be some kind of communications bgreakdown between the office and the customer.....and I have PERSONALLY been manning the Customer Service line for the last 2 months. We have received an average of 3 calls a week.....ALL from Darren Peck & Mark Serebrin's group complaining about what was explained above. Once I pulled their individual case file and reviewed with them what was really going on....and I informed them that this new credit repair company had been formed....they quickly read between the lines and are on board with us 100%. Unfortunately....this customer did not contact us to find out what was happening behind the scenes....and filed this report. Please take an opportunity to do your due diligence on my company. RipOffReport.com is only one source out of thousands.....check the BBB for my company rating...it is a B- and we do not even subscribe to them. We have been educating customers for 12 years now and to find complaints you can count on one hand in 12 years in business says something for our actual performance. They say the highest form of flattery is to mimic or copy someone....I consider it flattering that Darren, Mark, Jennifer, Ken & Phil are using my section 609 dispute findings to start their business. If this customer would like to call or email me I would love to speak with them and get to the truth. God Bless!
