I paid $700 for that ridiculous ebook and 1 year of credit repair services, i.e., those letters to the bureaus. It took several months to get my 1st letters but they finally came. After that, everything went down hill. TFC wouldn't send me subsequent letters in a timely manner. A person seldom answered the phone; customer service was very poor.
After six months of that nonsense, I obtained the CEO's email address. I then threatened to file a report with the BBB and the State Attorney General. That got his attention for a Hollywood minute. He sent me several emails and texts stating that they'd get me back on track. He even included his 'personal cell number' (of which he never answered). I never received anymore correspondense and now no one answers the phones.
At this point, all I want is my money back, some if not all. We need to put this man out of business.

Thank you for giving me this forum to address those who would try and
steal my eBook and use the dispute system I created as their own. You will see
a rash of complaints from November through February on this forum and in other
places as well. It amazes me that when you have something noone else
has......and it works.....everyone wants to try and make it their own. They say
that the most common form of flattery is for someone to mimic or repeat what
you do.....well....I'm not flattered. I have made it my mission to serve
everyone who purchases my Credit Educational Series eBook and newsletter
response system. I have tens of thousands of customers since 1999 and you see a
splattering of these type complaints abount my FREE dispute process I allow
customers to use. FREE is the operating word here. These people who are
complaining were told falsehoods about my educational system by people wanting
to make a buck as a referring fee. I allow individuals to market my product
after they have applied my system and have received results.
The reason we have such a great reputation in 12 years in business is that we
will not allow someone to walk away unhappy. I offer to extend my free dispute
system to them, restart them if they have failed to stay on top of it, even two
years later I have said to them....no problem....let's get you back on
track.....and NEVER do I charge someone anything to continue....they purchased
the Educational System once.....that is all they will ever pay for.

reports....it is truly amazing. I don't want to beat down or belittle those who
failed to apply these techniques and may have been lied to by the person who

explaining in detail what to expect, the timelines to see things change, etc.
There is no confusion if they read what they purchase.
BTW - We do NOT have any patents on this system. We have a copyrighted work
which includes my 37 responses, Credit Educational eBook Training Series and
Classroom Teaching Series included. The Credit BluePrint is also included.
We do not prescribe to the BBB to make people feel we are
"safe" and not a scam. We also know the reputation in the BBB world
is one of doubt too. News reports have shown many lawsuits against them for
favorable reporting when they are paid these large fees by companies.....it is
amazing that these company ratings are A+, even though they show hundreds of
complaints. Add up the number of real complaints against my company since 1999.
You will be able to count all of them on your two hands.
My company has 5 modes of communication with our customers. For any customer to

haven't tried. We have a confirmation response system in place that will notify
us when something is received from any of these mediums and it will send a confirmation
back to the customer letting them know we have what they sent.
We have a DAILY teaching Newsletter that is sent to every customer....260 days
during the year the customer is educated on the entire eBook series they
purchased....along with tips to save money, Q&A series to answer hard
questions they may have about finance, etc. Our contact information is listed
on EVERY one of these as well.
