The fulfillment Center does not deliver. I agree with all the rip off reports i have read, they have an auto attendant answering phone calls and i never get a call back.

I have been signed up since April 2010 and my file is 2.5 inches thick with the same letters all claiming a section 609 complaint. I have followed through and submitted all letters and faxed in all correspondance to TFC and get nothing accomplished. TFC sends the same letters threatening legal action and the credit agencies just blow them off and send back the same generic letters claiming we havent submitted the proper documentation.

This guy Bruce McGinnis claims he has not lost a case, i guess im just the lucky one who he hasnt helped. Watch your money he will not call you back and will not refund you any money because you cant get ahold of him

Coopers Mills Maine Bruce McInnis Jr The company is horrible to deal with, you cannot get a hold of anyone after you give them your money. They send out random letters that don't have the correct information on them. I have tried emailing them for over 45 days to no avail. Left messages, no one ever responds. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
