Buslink ripoff tricked and lied to us Baldwin Park California

another ripoff company that you should watch out for is buslink corp. i bought a usbcdrw from tigerdirect. tigerdirect only had a 30 day return policy so i tried to call buslnk because the cdrw would lock my pc up. it was defective. i stayed on the telephone for about 20 minutes listening to evelator music because no one would answer.

i then e-mailed buslink at least 4 times with no reply.this was 2 months ago. i finally gotr an rma and sent the unit back. that was 30 days ago. so far i have not heard from buslink. do not deal with this company in my opinion because they do not give the service they promise.
