BusLink Rebate mailed 11/29/03, processed 12/31/03, scheduled for payment March 2004, supposedly sent 3/3/04, still not received 3/16/04 Baldwin Park California

On 11/29/03 I mailed all the paperwork in for a $30 BusLink rebate. The rebate indicated rebate checks would be mailed in 6-8 weeks.

I resubmitted the rebate on 2/3/04. Later that day I contacted the rebate center at 800-390-2344. I talked to Charita who indicated the check was processed approximately one month after I submitted it, on 12/31/03. She said it was scheduled for payment in March 2004, THREE MONTHS after they processed it.

I contacted them again on 3/10, this time talking with Essence. She indicated the check was mailed out on March 3. Today is March 16, and I still have not received the rebate check.
