Capital One ripoff, scumbags McLean Virginia

I had a couple of capital one rippoff cards that we never used until we went on vacation. We used them but kept them under the limit at all times. Close, but not the limit. I received a noticed that we were being charged an over the limit fee.

When I called to ask why, after waiting on hold for hours, (not kidding) I finally got a very rud person who told me I have the limit fee because there yearly fee and interest fee put me over the limit, on ALL 3 cards! She told me she would get back to me because she had to check with lord knows who about the three cards and the fees. While waiting a month and no call, I called back and was told by dumb and dummer I still had to pay those fees AND a new fee. A late fee.

Dumb me should of paid something, but I was waiting for them to fix there problem. My bad there. I now had a few hundred in fees alone. That and with dealing with there scumbag employees that they have the nerve to call customer service reps I now have millions in interest, late/ over limit fees and such.

Now I have no problem paying for what I used, and I have paid all my regular bills for the three cards, but they still want about $1800.00 per card in fees still. They can have there scumbag NCO collection agency and whoever else they use to try to collect, but I'm done paying. Glad my new wallet doesn't have capital one in it. Bring on the Viking Warriors!
