I read a report that said states regulate the amount interest paid to for loans. If this is true, how can can cashcall get away wuth charging 99% on these loans? Does anyone know if this is true and how can we bring action against them to stop this nonsense?

if I know the one you are thinking of where the broad allegedly has a relative that's a lawyer and she allegedly already had filed but couldn't provide any of the public info to corroborate it.
If the rates are illegal, then I would have to say that you also broke the law by applying for an illegal loan. no? Seems there is a lot of hot air about lawsuits for these loans from those that don't want to pay them back, yet none have been successful from what I've seen - or not seen.

Florida State Attorney General's Office or whatever state agency that regulates commerce.
To my knowledge, Cash Call's interest rates are illegal in only a handful of states.
