Char-Broil Red grill from Home Depot rust quickly, Char Broil will not fix under warranty! Stay Away! Internet

Just a warning to all considering the Char-Broil Red grill, the infrared troughs will rust in the first few months and Char-Broil will not replace them under warranty.  I have had my grill about 8 months, used it about 20 times, I live in AZ so there is little to no rain that it has been exposed to.  About 30% of the surface are of my troughs have rusted due to the porcelain coating flaking off, I filed a warranty claim with Char-Broil and they will not replace them.  They will only replace them once they rust through completely, this will of course happen since they are a low grade metal.  What they are banking on is that this will happen after the warranty expires so you will have to purchase them at $50x2.  So now I have a $600 grill that is going to require $100 in replacement parts every year or two!  This is straight up fraud, they know full well these are designed poorly and simply using a better material for the troughs would prevent rust. These parts are DEFECTIVE and should be replaced for the lifetime of the grill. Please DO NOT buy this grill, great design but poor execution and inferior customer service.
