Char Broil back ordered parts mean never receiving them Louisville Kentucky

I purchased a char broil grill 2 years ago and the burners were brass and came with a LIFE TIME warranty. After only 2 years the burners are not working and I called to get replacement burners. They told me on July 14 that they were back ordered and would arrive on Aug 11.

Well today is Aug 11 and I called to find out the if they arrived. I was told today that they did indeed get a shipment but my name was not on the list of customers to receive on of these burners. The warehouse has a list and my name was not high enough on the list. They told me it would be aug 28th before they would get another shipment and my name could still not be on that list either.

The supervisor that I spoke to said honestly it may be 6 months. The parts come from China and they are having trouble receiving these popular parts.This company is run so poorly that they have no way to find out where my name is on the list.A grill is only as good as it's parts and believe me this grill and the company of Char Broil does not no what customer service is.
