Char-broil bought a Char-broil grill it is on a closed in deck. It is rusting everywhere. Sent pictures as told by Char-Broil. I was told by Jermaine, that( they will not cover the grill because it has to be ruste Louisville, Kentucky

Purchased a Char-Broil grill at Home Depo. Had the grill not even a year. It is rusting everywhere. contacted Home depo.I was very upset because I bought that grill because the person told me that the grill would not rust that is the main reason I bought it. Since then I found out others bought the grill for the same reason at Home Depo and went back to them and they told them the same thing so we know that home Depo is selling a product that is bad and they know it.

 They told me that I had to contact Char-Broil They gave me the address.

I contacted the company the person on the other end made me fell like I did not take care of it. She actually sad that {people don't take care of their grill and expect us to replace them.} I told her that my grill is cleaned every time I use it and it is on a closed in deck. Was told to send pictures.Waited two week for a responce nothing. So I called on 6-27-2012. Got a Jermaine on the line first he said they never recived the picture, I said that I sent them registered he found them. But I never sent them regisitered.go figure.That is when he said that they will not stand behind the grill because it is not rusted though the whole way. I told him that it should not have rusted because I cleaned it with grill cleaner and that I cleaned it every time I used it and beside it is on a closed in deck. Jermaine said that it did not matter.
so I told him to let Charl-Broil know that I would be thrilled to give them free advertisement about their grill. So know one else would wast their hard erned money purchaseing their grills.
