I have had more issues with this company...where to start...let's see. First it was late charges, when the payments were mailed at the end of the previous month for that month. No one could tell me how or why the charges were accrued. Then within a 3 day period in May of this year I had a dispute over all the fees on my statement. So I called on a Monday for some answers. The gave me a specific dollar amount that was due. I told them I would call back later in the week to do a check by phone. I

called on Thursday to do a check by phone and found out that the balance had gone up...again...this time it went up $128 from 3 days prior. I was flipping out. I demanded to talk to a supervisor, I was put on the line with a training officer (Supervisor wannabe). I was told I was not important enough to bother a supervisor. I becam irrate. I wanted answers and all I got was an attitude.

I was then told that I need to pay extra for the "homeowner's insurance" they have on the property. I have had insurance on my property for 20 years now. Because they lost the declaration page that was both faxed and sent certified mail, they took it upon themselves to initiate a policy for my property without my signature. Then had the nerve to charge me for it. That was enough to send me through the roof.

I again sent the necessary information by fax. I called to confirm receipt and was told by a supervisor it had not be received. I found that odd since I have a confirmation report from my fax that stated it was sent ok. I told the supervisor to get off her butt and check the fax. After a few minutes on hold she got back on the phone and said she received it.

After all that I haven't received a statement for this month. I called on the 5th to have a duplicate statement sent out. I called again on the 17th and was advised that the representative that took my call on the 5th, never put in a "work order".

I was told that a duplicate statement would be sent out tomorrow and I should receive it on the 22nd. I asked if they were going to waive the late fees, I was told no because I could pay by phone for a $20 charge. I'm sorry it must be me but I don't write out bills without a statement.

I told her there is no way that I'm paying a late fee for their negligence. I also advised her that I am filing a complaint with the attorney general's office. Some thing needs to be done about the fraudulent business practices.
