Booked airfare from detroit to cancun. The website froze. We called the company and the customer support person booked the trip from their end. We did not review the travel until a few days before travel. We realized the agent had reversed the arrival and departure cities on both legs of the trip. The tickets were worthless. The customer support in denial of their error, demandind i pay for new tickets plus fees. God help anyone who uses the ripp off , incompetant service. Never in my years of travel have i ever experienced such crap. Further, the liars service is located in gautamala. So, spanish is there native language. U will be wiating for hours for their uselss service , only to be more frustrated by these people. The word must get out to stop using their web sites, orbitz and cheaptickets.com. Will will lose, guarenteed.
