choice gold national platinum charged my account twice under two different names and did not have authorization, Internet

i found a charge on my account, I called and was told that this is a membership for buying things on line. I never authorized it, was told that they send out emails telling me I have a certain amount of time or they will charge my account. I tried to get it refunded they will not refund, the account was closed.  this one national platinum

less than a week later I received another charge this one under choice gold i called same very rude people will not credit my account, told me that it was my fault that I should not be signing up for things because it will bite me in the butt.  the second account was cancelled, this time the lady named Burnett, same person I spoke with before, she told me that she was. said that they will send me copies of the emails, I asked for them because I wanted to see them since I never received them before. I called back and another rude lady answered and called me a liar and said that Burnette did not tell me that and I asked to hold for Burnette, I would like to speak with her, she said there is no holding and she did not tell you that and hung up on me. 

I want my money back and these people to be stopped from doing this again, I have reported this to the BBB and Consumer Affairs.
