I purchased a 1 Year prepaid package back in 2000, after three years almost 4, of chasing the company to send me my free gift, along with talking to the CEO Chris Faulkner through online chat, (which I have screenshots of for legal proof of him claiming I would receive something)I have been unsuccessful.
With my most recent conversation with someone at CI Host, they stated that I will not receive my free gift unless I sign up again for CI Host, otherwise I can forget about getting my free gift. then the CEO stated otherwise, he apologized and said I was going to get my free gift... it never materialized....
I demand once and for all this issue gets resolved; as claiming that with 1 year of prepaid hosting you would be entitled to a free gift of your choice and then not delivering is deceptive business practices
