CI Host Turned over for collection without a phone call ripoff Bedford Texas

We have had CI Host hosting a web site for 5.5 years. They tried to send a bill to an outdated email address that we have not used for 5.5 years, even though numerous emails had been sent to us using an email address that did work and, in fact, was associated with the web site they were hosting for us.

Although they had a bad email address, they did have our phone number and our mailing address but instead of using them they turned us over for collection to Fidelity Credit Management. We have asked for the details about the bill and neither company will provide that. $160.00, no big deal but now with interest and penalties they want $221.00.

How lame is a company that has been hosting a web site for 5.5 years but cannot make a phone call or send an email to the correct address or mailing address.

FYI, Fidelity Credit Management is also posted on this site as a rip off. Incredible!!
