CIC credit monitor service has charged $79.95 towards my credit card.

I did sign up for a credit report, but had checked "No Thanks" when asked about the credit monitoring fee. I have to call them and confirm,

I had seen many a people reporting on CIC Credit Monitoring service on this website, That is why i felt safer to report over here.
