It seems like I am the 59th person to be ripped off from the "free credit report" and have posted to this site. I was shocked when my free credit report from this scam company showed up on my credit card to the amount of $79.99.
When I discovered the charge I typed in the company name (CIC credit monitor service) and this site came up! I printed out many of the reports from this GREAT site and took them to my bank to get charge off of my credit card bill.
The great news is my bank took immediate action. The bit of small hassle is that I had to destroy my credit card and will be issued a new one in a week. Do not allow this scam rip you off! Fight it quickly with your bank.
Print out some of these complaints at this site and take them with you to your bank. First time I have been scammed and I will be a lot more careful in the future.

I found out that I was getting charged the $79.95 and I opted to call my bank. My bank told me the bank would refund my money and pursue the company for fraud. They said that they will credit my account and investigate the claim, keeping me informed as they go.
