Citizens Bank RBS BANK FRAUD, DOUBLE CHARGING Internet

Citizens Bank, RBS, is a CROOK, they have stolen from the american people long enough.  I had an overdraft, bad enough I know, but they charged me 6 times, According to the transaction history I went negative 48 cents, but I had 5 things pending in my "hold" so they charged me because the funds were on hold, so even if these do not clear I have already been charged. To top it off if and when they clear, I will be charged AGAIN for them, since I do not have the $222.48 to make my account right.  Then since my direct deposit does not go into the account until midnight on Friday, that will be the 4th day, so I will get yes charged AGAIN!!!!!!!!! $6.99 for being negative on the 4th day, because MIDNIGHT is the next day.

Come on really, this is highway robbery.  So if you are thinking of opening an account with CITIZENS BANK, RBS, CHARTER ONE, don't.  Go somewhere else!!!!!
