Clear Wire Stole and Ripped me off Orange Park Florida

Clear Wire had a promotion at Buffalo's Cafe. It has been more than 3 years ago. We brought the modem home, and tried every window and door possible. I called Clear Wire, and told them that it did not work. I was told at that time that they were sorry that it didn't work. We then took the modem back. And thought, that was the end of Clear Wire. My husband just happen to catch a pending transaction on our bank account, of $38.12, around the end of September of 07. I later found out that Clear Wire had been deducting this payment since we picked up the modem from the very beginning.

I then called Clear Wire, what a shock, not only had they taken the money from my debit card, the card had expired, and they were still taking it out! If that wasn't enough, they renewed my contract until 2010 with out me authorizing it.

I have probably made 10 calls to them with only for them to tell me the reason that they were still charging me was because I had not turned in the modem. That is a lie! One of the customer service persons, told me that when she pulled up the number from the modem, that was issued to me that it had never been used. She was the only one that made a ticket to have this investigated.

The last person at Clear Wire that I spoke to told me that, the over $1000.00 and then some that they owed me had been denied. I have not heard from them since!
