Clear Wire this company is good when they wont your business, but worst when they have to gave your money back. Daytona Beach Florida

I am a clear wire user for past 3 year. i did cancel my survice one05/05/08, and that time i speak to mrs. Tara she was in Las vagus ext.5785. she did promice me that it will be no charg to you cc if you dont use modem as of 05/05/08. i did unplug modem one may 5 and send it back to May 6. then i chack cc statement one 05/09/08 and i show i billed by clearwire for $21.11, so i called and speck with Elisha (2233) she said they are wating to get modem back. i gave her traking number of UPS. she said i wont get money back untill they recieve my modem. i demand to speak with manager. she put me hold for 22 minut and then hung up. during 22 minuts she was writing s**t about me, i dont knwo what she wrote about me. then i call again and speak with Kathi (42773) she said same thing and she said she was the manager, and now one help me out better then her. she told me the same story.

there was the issue i had about billing. i will tall you all about modem reseption. i use modem for 3 year, i did leas throw clearwire, and they charg me $3 a month. when i ask new modem, they said it will be $5 a month. also i was paing $45 a month for last 3 year and only get up to 1.5mbps and that was not stabel. on day i call for tac support, some stupid tack told me to up date my wireless router furmwire . which i did and mass up my router so i lost $45 router.

this compandy is peace of ripoff. so if you are planing to sine up ples thing about it again. they are always nice to you if they like to cullect money for you, but they will sure put you on hold for hours if they over charg you or they dont like to dell with you.
