Coca Cola my coke rewards I did not receive the coca-cola 5"plush polar bear that they said was shipped on 11/23/10. Points were deducted from my account. Internet

Onmycokerewards.com, I ordered a coca-cola 5" plush polar bear for my grandson.
600 points was deducted from my account and I received an e-mail on November 23, 2010 from my coke rewards- ship notification that my polar bear had been shipped and should arrive in 7-10 business days.
As of today (12/29/2010), I have not received the gift I ordered for my grandson.
